The Human Language Technology Center of Excellence (HLTCOE) at Johns Hopkins University seeks to hire outstanding visiting researchers in any area of speech and language processing. Applicants must have or be near to obtaining a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and a strong research record. A successful candidate will be integrated into one of our existing research teams to conduct world class research and development on such problems as authorship identification, information extraction, knowledge graph population, machine translation, multilingual information retrieval, speaker and language identification, and speech recognition. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, competency in programming and a strong publication record in relevant areas.
