Research at the Center encompasses a wide array of areas within human language technology, connecting research studies with computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics and linguistics capabilities. Most of our research efforts span a number of different areas. HLTCOE research serves as a springboard for novel ideas, many of which have subsequently been adopted for application to a variety of areas of external interest.
